Everything you need to know about how Jagg Pro works — ownership, payments, edits, timelines, and guarantees. No surprises, no fine print that contradicts what we told you upfront.

1 Website Ownership

During the initial 12-month commitment period, the website remains the sole property of JaggPro until all 12 monthly payments have been successfully completed. Upon receipt of the 12th and final payment, full ownership of the website is transferred to the client.

Prior to that point, JaggPro reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify the website at its discretion in the event of non-payment or breach of agreement.

2 Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel their agreement before the 12-month commitment period is complete, the following conditions apply:

  • The website will be taken offline and removed, OR
  • The client may retain the website by paying a one-time buyout fee of $500.

Upon cancellation after the 12-month period, or upon buyout, JaggPro will deliver the website in file format and initiate the transfer of the client’s domain name. Domain transfers can take up to 15 business days to complete.

Additional fees apply for any of the following: website transfer to a third-party host, host environment setup, DNS configuration, SSL certificate setup, domain registrar setup, or any other technical setup or transition services. These services are billed at $100/hour.

3 Payment Terms

  • Monthly payments are due on the same calendar date each month as the client’s original sign-up date.
  • A grace period of 5 business days applies before any action is taken.
  • In the event of a missed or failed payment, JaggPro reserves the right to suspend the website, pause all active services, or terminate the agreement entirely.
  • All outstanding balances must be resolved before services are reinstated.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater.
  • JaggPro does not offer refunds on monthly service fees once the billing cycle has begun.

4 Edits, Updates & Additions

Edits, updates, and additions include any request to add, remove, change, or modify any element of the website including text, images, layout, pages, forms, links, or functionality.

Management & Hosting Package: Clients are entitled to up to 15 minutes of edits per billing cycle, which typically covers between 5 and 20 minor edits depending on complexity.

SEO Package: Clients are entitled to up to 30 minutes of edits per billing cycle, which typically covers between 5 and 50 edits depending on complexity.

  • Unused edit time does not carry over to the following month.
  • Any edits requested beyond the included time will be billed at $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
  • Edit requests are fulfilled during regular business hours and are subject to scheduling availability.

5 Additional Work

Any work requested that falls outside the scope of the client’s current package — including but not limited to new pages, redesigns, added functionality, integrations, copywriting, or custom features — may be completed at an additional cost of $100/hour. A quote or estimate will be provided prior to work beginning whenever possible.

6 Performance Disclaimer & Results

Statistics, projections, and performance data referenced in JaggPro materials, proposals, or website content are based on median outcomes derived from industry research, including sources such as BrightLocal, SmartInsights, and SearchX (2024–2025). These figures are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Individual results will vary. Actual performance depends on numerous factors beyond JaggPro’s control, including but not limited to: your local market conditions, competitive landscape, quality and consistency of implementation, budget, client engagement, and external algorithm or platform changes.

By entering into an agreement with JaggPro, the client acknowledges and understands that results are not guaranteed, and that their experience may differ from the statistics or outcomes referenced. JaggPro makes no express or implied guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

7 Client Responsibilities

The quality, detail, and uniqueness of your website is directly tied to the information you provide. The more background, content, photos, preferences, and direction you supply, the more tailored and effective your website will be. Clients who provide thorough information consistently receive better outcomes.

In addition, clients agree to the following:

  • Respond to requests for information, feedback, or approvals within 5 business days.
  • If a client becomes unresponsive for 10 or more business days without prior notice, all work will be paused until communication resumes. JaggPro is not responsible for project delays resulting from client inactivity.
  • If a client stops payment, JaggPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate the monthly package and/or remove the website from the internet without further notice.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content, information, and materials they submit. JaggPro is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or legal issues arising from client-supplied content.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, logos, images, or materials they provide for use on their website.

8 Project Turnaround & Timelines

For most standard website projects, the estimated build and delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date all required client information is received.

  • Some projects may require up to 30 days depending on size, complexity, or third-party dependencies.
  • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by client response times, scope changes, or third-party service delays.
  • In the event of a JaggPro-caused delay of 15 or more business days beyond the agreed delivery date, the client will be offered 2 months of their active package at no charge as a goodwill gesture. This offer does not apply to delays caused by client inactivity, incomplete information, or third-party services.

9 Images & Media

  • JaggPro may provide a selection of stock or royalty-free images at no additional cost as part of the website build.
  • Custom photography, branded graphics, licensed images, or copyright-protected media are not included and may be sourced for an additional fee.
  • Clients who supply their own images are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate rights or licenses to use them.
  • JaggPro is not liable for any copyright claims arising from client-supplied media.

10 Website Samples & Demonstration Content

Some website samples, mockups, or examples shown to clients for inspiration or reference may include advanced features, premium plugins, custom graphics, animations, or third-party integrations. These elements may not be included in the standard website build or in the client’s selected package.

Advanced features shown in samples may either:

  • Not be available within the client’s current package, or
  • Be available at an additional cost, billed at $100/hour or as a separately quoted service.

JaggPro will make reasonable efforts to communicate what is and is not included before work begins.

11 Third-Party Services

JaggPro may utilize third-party platforms, tools, and services in the delivery of its services, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, page builders, plugins, analytics platforms, and advertising networks.

  • JaggPro is not responsible for outages, data loss, pricing changes, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • Domain and hosting services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
  • JaggPro will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant third-party changes that may affect their website or services.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JaggPro, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, services provided by JaggPro.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or website content
  • Damages resulting from third-party service failures
  • Damages resulting from delays, errors, or omissions in delivered work
  • Any outcome related to search engine rankings, website traffic, or lead generation

JaggPro’s total liability in any matter arising from or related to its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13 Agreement to Terms

By signing a JaggPro service agreement, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging JaggPro’s services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

  • These terms constitute the full agreement between JaggPro and the client and supersede any prior verbal or written discussions.
  • JaggPro reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services following notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
